1. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Prices for our products are subject to change without prior notice. We make every effort to display the colors and details of our products as accurately as possible.

2. Orders & Verification

Once an order is placed, our support team may contact you via WhatsApp, SMS, or Phone Call for confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel any order if details provided are inaccurate or if verification fails.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Standard delivery across Pakistan typically takes 3 to 5 working days. Unforeseen delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or public holidays are beyond our immediate control, but we will actively assist in tracking your parcel.

4. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

• We offer a 7-day replacement/check warranty for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories/tags intact.
• Customers are requested to record an unboxing video upon receiving parcel delivery as proof of condition.
• Change of mind is not applicable for return/refund once the parcel has been opened or used.

5. Payment Policy

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as well as direct bank transfers/online payments. For Cash on Delivery orders, payment must be handed over to the courier rider upon delivery before opening the package (as per standard courier company rules).

6. Privacy & Personal Data

Your personal information submitted through the store (name, address, contact details) is kept strictly confidential and is only shared with logistics partners for delivery purposes.
